Title : Disaster Recovery - Senior AnalystExperience : 8+ YearsLocation : BangaloreNotice period : Immediate to 30 Days MaxMandatory Skills : Disaster Recovery, Planning/Implementation, Compliance/Policies/Procedure, ServiceNow, DRCS/ ITIL V3 Certifications Job Description :Strong experience in understanding, defining, planning, implementing policies and procedure of Disaster Recovery (DR) in the event of Disaster or DR exercise.Review all existing DR plans to ensure they are up to date, all process and procedure steps are validated with the correct technical resourcesEvaluate current processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make improvement recommendations.Work with Application, Infra teams and vendors to determine recoverability options meeting business requirements, DR design, planning and implementation. Work with Application/business stake holders to define RPO and RTO for the business-critical applications.Reporting DR compliance - Train teams, DR test results, deviations to DR readiness to senior managementFacilitate meetings, involving individual contributors, as well as Leadership without support and instruction from others.Recommend recovery strategies and options and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.Follow the DR validation/testing procedure and document the DR evidence. Qualification :10+ Experience as a IT Technical LeadBachelors of Degree in Information TechnologyExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and Presentation skills.Strong experience in Microsoft office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project plan and others)Exposure on ServiceNow, RSA eGRC toolsDisaster Recovery Certified Specialist (DRCS) and ITIL V3 and aboveBasic exposure on Operating Systems, Networking, Protocols, Databases, Java/.Net/Mainframe applications, and HardwareUnderstand high level system architecture.
