Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the students area of interest.
- Assist prospective students in understanding the programs offered through detailed information provided over the phone creating a strong pipeline.
- Ensure daily deliverables are met and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Help students comprehend the significance of career navigation.
- Act as a good listener and receive training in matching candidate needs to future careers.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
