Job description
Position: Paint Shop Engineer
Location: Dunetha - Daman
Experience: 5-6 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paint application processes to meet production goals and quality requirements.
- Monitor and control variables such as temperature, humidity, and paint viscosity to ensure consistent results.
- Troubleshoot issues related to paint application and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure painted products meet specifications for finish quality, colour accuracy, and durability.
- Manage inventory levels of paints, primers, solvents, and other materials used in the paint shop.
- Have knowledge of PU PAINT, POXY PAINT, OUTDOOR STRUCTURE PAINT
Required Skills:
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - B.E - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
