Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Mantra Events & Promotion Pvt. Ltd. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, establishing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. They will also be responsible for providing support for HR-related inquiries, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in employee benefits and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the events industry or related field is a plus
