Job Title: Quality Analyst - Medical CodingLocation: Hitech - HyderabadExperience: Minimum 3+ years of Experience in coding medical oncology chartsJob Responsibilities: To review the coded charts and provide the feedback to coders on corrections made along with coding references. RCA should be made and share with the training team for deep dive RCA and action plan for quality improvement. Collaborate with all stake holders for Quality Improvement and meet client SLA.Should have expertise in coding/auditing E/M OP, chemotherapy, Infusion, and minor procedures.Ø Strong knowledge of medical coding specialty related skills.Ø Good knowledge of MS word, PowerPoint, Excel sheet.Ø Good knowledge base of human anatomy and physiology.Ø Good command over Coding guidelines.Ø Good presentation skills.Ø Good communication skills.
