The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the retina, a part of the eye. These conditions may include macular degeneration, retinal detachment, and diabetic retinopathy. The Retina Specialist will also perform surgeries and procedures as necessary, and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmology, with a particular focus on the retina. They will also have excellent communication skills, and will be able to explain complex medical information to patients in a clear and understandable way.
