Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Executive (Admissions & Counseling) to join our vibrant team at GD Goenka School Aurangabad. You will play a crucial role in supporting our admissions and counseling processes ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
Responsibilities:
Admissions:
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process including inquiries applications and document collection.
- Conduct initial student interviews and assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate campus tours and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate admissions records.
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions team.
Counseling:
- Assist the school counselor with scheduling appointments and maintaining student records.
- Prepare and process student files for enrollment.
- Provide basic academic and personal guidance to students.
- Coordinate communication between parents teachers and the counselor.
General Administration:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars emails and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field (HR Education Management etc. ) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within the education sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for student success.
