Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Bidder/Lead Generation professional to join our team. As an Online Bidder/Lead Generation, you will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on online platforms, and converting opportunities into successful business deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru is highly preferred.
Requirements
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various online channels
Proposal Creation: Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
Online Bidding: Bid on online platforms and ensure a high conversion rate of opportunities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business associations
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
Benefits

Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in business development within the IT software industry.
