About Company: - The company is an Indian subsidiary of a multinational company from Japan, engaged in the field of manufacturing and distribution of Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings and Industrial Component Hardware.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To visit Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, & Dealers.
- Product Presentations, product trainings .
- Handling Key distributors and follow up of order and price negotiation keeping the interest of the company at priority.
- Liaising with customers to check the progress of existing orders, keep track of competitors activities, new business plans and strategies for business expansion.
- Product consultations, visits and negotiations with Architects, Interior designers and contractors to close the existing projects and to generate new leads.
- Channel management retail- B2B/B2C
- New business development by analyzing the potential of dealer, product and area.
- Dealer and distributors inventory record and monitoring to keep the threshold quantity of products for stock.
- Account reconciliation of customers for smooth processing of the Business.
- Customer Interaction Programs for Product Development in the assigned territory.
- Lead generation; follow up and after sales services from customers.
- Planning and implementing dealer sales promotional activities.
- Promotion of new products.
- Product Launches.
- Participation in Exhibitions and other marketing activities etc.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
BE(Mechanical)/BE/Graduate(with relevant experience specifically in Architechtural Hardware/Furniture Fittings/Industrial hardware)
Experience: 3-10 Yrs
