Job description

A Field Development Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the development of various aspects within a specific field or industry.
Key Responsibilities :

- Regular visit on field for sale of policies with agents, dealers or individual.

- Handling the health retail Product

- Meeting prospective customers

- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

- Your leadership will be instrumental in not only achieving ambitious sales targets but also in laying the groundwork for sustainable financial empowerment in rural communities.

- qualification:- any Graduate

- Age:-21 to 38 year

- CTC:-3.15 LPA +variable+ other benefits
