Opportunity
Has expertise in the process with proven ability to coordinate the work
from employees across Level 1, 2.
May also co-ordinate work of A3 in the same process.
Is an expert on Region Processes, Customer requirements and Global SOPs.
- This role is for 24.7 support (night shift) and rotational off
- Candidate should have Call handling experience.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in shipping & Logistics domain
- Experience on international voice process (Inbound & Outbound)
- Candidate should have experience on customer interaction.
- Must have experience in Ocean, SCM and freight forwarding
- Respond to customer enquiries, primarily via phones but also emails.
- Take ownership of customer issues and act as their advocate with internal stakeholders
- Target immediate and first-time resolution and create cases where not possible
- Identify improvement opportunities that positively impact customer experience and lower operational costs
- Identify root causes when customer expectations are not met, advise management of potential service failures and/or trends
- Always perform in a manner consistent with & loyal to the A.P. Moller Maersk values
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement
- Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill, be able to build good working relationship (internal and external)
- Experience in directly interacting with customers
- Organisational and Time management skills: multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals
- Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes
