Job title : Director - Client Success

E xperience : up to 20 years

Role Description :

· The role requires the applicant to have both customer management and business consultancy skills.

· The role requires that you are emotionally invested to engage with our customers and help them to work with our zero trust environment.

· The applicant is expected to have impeccable relationship building skills which in-turn can create win/win environments for all parties

· You are seen as the Trusted Advisor in the client environment

· We have products that are successful and also have been very positively reviewed by both the experts and our customer community.

· If you are able to drive the success of these product and also display agility to drive future success with innovation, and enjoy working as the Primary interface of the customer, you are what we are looking for.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

· Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client health including on-boarding, value realization, and renewal, while spearheading further adoption of CT products .

· Lead/contribute to business planning for the Area aligned with the company's overall strategic direction.

· Manage/oversee the operational aspects of the CS portfolio delivering high customer satisfaction metrics, Quality Assurance, and profitability for the portfolio of accounts

· Manage and grow a team of Customer Success specialists, responsible for inspiring, growing, guiding and mentoring your team.

· Working with Global leaders of the Customer success and other peer functions.

· Develop strong executive relationships with senior level customer leaders, sales leaders, and ecosystem partners

· Support customer success pre-sales activities in collaboration with our commercial teams

· Drive a high rate of CS renewals and upsells withing the portfolio of accounts

· Contribute thought leadership to customer success methodology and innovation with emphasis on industry specific needs.

Desired Candidate Profile :

· Strong mix of relationship management, strong analytical, business and technical skills.

· Delivery related (pre-sales, solutioning, delivery management or customer account management) experience preferably in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products.

· Ability to internalize the product offerings and can discuss solutions, benefits and trade-offs with the enterprise customers.

· Ability to build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business and Technology Decision Makers within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on our products.

· Experienced at account management & growth through farming.

· Experienced at leading presentations and discussions with customer's senior management teams on technical aspects as well as the commercials

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree (Engineering) from Top institutes. A Master's in Management will be a distinct advantage.

· Excellent organization and project management capability

· Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal communications, with the ability to deliver effective presentations, group facilitation and one-on-one consultation is a must

· Self starter and continuous learner, self motivated, flexible and results driven.

· Develop the team, coach, engage and manage their talent.

· Experience using Salesforce and other CS tools

· A sound understanding of the Market and customers
