Job description
Job Description :- Familiar with ForgeRock Cloud Identity solution- Familiar with configuring and administering ForgeRock solutions- Ability to support preference and consent management in ForgeRock solution- Experience creating login journey's utilizing ForgeRock drag and drop tools- Knowledge of creating profile data and profile management within ForgeRock- User management and migration experience- Ability to support day to day administrative activities- Experience integrating tools with third party applications.Responsibilities :- Manage, configure, and maintain the ForgeRock Identity Platform to support enterprise identity and access management requirements- Design, implement, and support authentication and authorization mechanisms using ForgeRock Access Management components (AM)- Integrate ForgeRock solutions with other identity and access management systems, directories, and applications- Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to ForgeRock configuration and administration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for identity and access management- Stay up-to-date with the latest ForgeRock releases, patches, and security vulnerabilities, and apply updates as needed- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients on ForgeRock-related issuesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Proven experience as a ForgeRock Administrator or similar role- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform components, including ForgeRock Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), and Directory Services (DS)- Experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
