Job Title: Tally Customer Desk.
Level of Hire: Fresher
Salary Range: 14k to 16K (Fixed)
No Of Opening: 5
Location - Mumbai (Central)
Criteria:
1) Candidate must have a minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree with Accountancy and
Commerce background (B.com or BAF)
2) Excellent oral and written communication skills. For Oral - English and Hindi is a must.
3) Basic computer knowledge.
4) Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
1) Will be the first face of contact for various stakeholders through voice and non-voice modes to address product and non-product queries.
2) Will record and resolve the received interactions as per the defined process and interaction
matrix within the SLAs prescribed.
3) Will capture and report the product and non-product feedback/suggestion from the
stakeholders.
4) Will record the Product Change Request in the system received during Interactions.
5) Will discuss and escalate the complicated interactions with the team leader in time in-order to bring them to appropriate closure within SLA.
