Job description

Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes. • Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to meet performance targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate records and generate reports for analysis and decision-making. • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions. • Manage inventory levels and procurement processes as per demand. • Assist in training new team members on operational protocols. • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. • Contribute to strategic planning by providing operational insights and recommendations. • Keep idea of stocks which are there in the office need • Maintain MIS of all the activities going around in the organization. • Collaborate with all the teams in case of resolving any issue or completing any task assigned.

Requirements

Graduation Degree • 0-2 Years of experience • MS-Excel • Creative Thinking • Interpersonal Skills
