Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, clerical skills and delivering excellent customer service. The position involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, communicating with customers and clients, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Customer service oriented and ability to handle difficult situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of logistics industry is a plus
