Position: Corporate Sales Manager - Travel & Hospitality Industry

Experience: 6-10 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the Travel/Tourism/Hospitality industry.

Job Description:

Strategic Sales Management: Spearhead the Corporate Sales Team across Pan India, based in Bangalore.
Business Strategy Development: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Market Insight: Provide strategic advice to management, offering insights into market trends and the company's future prospects.
Business Planning: Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans, focusing on cost-effective operations and market development.
Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
Client Acquisition: Onboard new potential accounts and corporates involved in international trade and travel.
Online Presence: Maintain a strong presence on social media and professional networks.
Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve problematic situations to ensure company survival and growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Proven track record of 4-8 years in Business Development, preferably with multinational IT firms in Mumbai, within the Travel/Hospitality sector.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of market changes and forces influencing the company.
Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of corporate finance and performance metrics.
Management Skills: Familiarity with management best practices.
Leadership Qualities: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Communication: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Technically strong and updated with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, and Sales Processes.
