Team Manager / Service Delivery Manager
Qualification :
u2022 Graduate in Mathematics/Statistics/Applied Statistics/Computer Science/Life Sciences
Responsibility :
Business / Customer :
- u2022 Act as SME for team members in resolving any technical and operational issues.
- u2022 Good understanding of the domain and related processes.
- u2022 Independently interact with client and handle/address any queries from client.
Technical :
- u2022 Programming in SAS for analyzing data and producing Safety and/or Efficacy Tables, Listings and Figures in specified formats as per specifications and in accordance with Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP).
- u2022 Creation and review of programming specifications.
- u2022 Programming in SAS for creation of derived data sets/ADaM as per the specification document.
- u2022 Performing quality checks for all the reports generated by team members, validation of new/ modified SAS programs and macros.
- u2022 Ensure the study team is trained on Study documents before initiation of study (as assigned).
- u2022 Ability to understand and write complex statistical programming specifications and guide/support other team members in task execution.
- u2022 Work across cross functional teams to resolve any technical and delivery issues thus ensuring quality of deliverables within stipulated timelines.
- u2022 To assist management team in providing status and metrics on deliverables, resource utilization, productivity and quality of deliverable.
Compliance :
- u2022 Adherence to SOPs and GPP.
- u2022 Ensure teams compliance to organizational policies and procedures.
People / Team Management :
- u2022 Plan and Manage timelines for assigned projects for self and team Be responsible for day to day progress of work.
- u2022 Responsible for performance management of team through goal setting and periodic reviews Provide input into the learning and career plans for team members.
- u2022 Ensure completeness of individual training records/ log and update their training plan as per role requirement/s.
- u2022 Mentor, Coach junior statistical programmers in statistical programming aspects of clinical trial.
u2022 To train the team members in :
Cognizantu2019s and/or Clientu2019s SOPs and Working Standards/ Instructions and other work related processes as needed
