About The Role The candidate has to provide on-site service, customer support and conduct onsite (online) printer trials. Ensure on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products for achieving maximum up-time and customer satisfaction. You need to Study different types of packaging machines and confirm site readiness for printer installation. Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory. Maximum 2-4 years of experience in on-site field service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial packaging automation. Degree in Engineering/Diploma with at least 60% marks from reputed college The job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of Domino customers.Job tags
