Principal Employer: The position is for a very reputed and India's leading brand with Asia's largest infrastructure & manufacturing facility in their product range. They have their presence and product footprints across globe with a thriving export market in more than 65 countries.
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an ambitious & aggressive leader for International Business / Export Sales . The ideal candidate has strong exposure to export sales, and understands the International Markets across EMEA, Russia, LATAM or US.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for planning and achieving the set sales targets, acquiring clients & maintaining client relationships resulting in continues & repeat orders.
- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all products.
- Develop, train & lead a strong sales team of young professionals.
- Maintain activities related to product sales & establish effective marketing communication.
- Develop & maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
- Analyze & identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
- Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
- Create a positive brand image / awareness to new prospective Clients / Markets.
What are we looking for
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- 8+ years of experience in International Business / Export Sales in EMEA, Russia, LATAM, US, Middle East or Europe market.
- Good command over English Language. Knowledge of Russian or Spanish Language will be added advantage.
- Sound Market knowledge and Strong sales skills to acquire customers.
- Experience in handling a strong sales team.
