Job Title: Front Office Executive (Receptionist)
Experience: 4 - 7 years
Qualification: Graduate, with good personality and should be mature and presentable
Skills (Technical / Computer /Soft skills etc.)

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Should be comfortable wearing Western(Blazer) outfit
Experience : 4-7 years' experience – Front Desk
Job Responsibilities : - Answer calls, take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet people and direct them to the right person
- Deal with queries of employees and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents, when needed
for admin support
- Receive and sort mail and courier
- Schedule appointments for HOD's when needed
- Maintain appointment diary
- Manage booking of conference, boardroom and
meeting rooms
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering as and
when required
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
