Job description
Job Purpose:
To ensure production as per Plan in all machines centers under sheet mill optimizing the use of available manpower in shift, as well as ensure safe operation and adherence of PPE.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily shift manning as per LTS to optimize machine running in shift
2. Leave Administration - Ensure maximum manpower availability by proper control of leave of operating crew. Ensure continuous running of critical bottle neck machines.
3. Monitor smooth running of all machine by addressing the needs as they arise in shifts.
4. Toler Activity - Ensure timely movement of coils to Toller by loading of truck for Toller and providing necessary logistics like crane and FLT
5. Quality - Ensure right quality in different machine center through periodic interventions
6. MIS - Shift end reporting of shift performance in predefined format
