Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Backend Developer. The Lead Backend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role that include but are not limited to designing and developing restful APIs, managing, and scaling backend metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, and maintaining web services' high performance and availability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Computer Science and Software Development
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in designing, developing, and managing restful APIs, GraphQL.
- Experience in Azure resources.
- Knowledge in data storage services, such as SQL and NoSQL databases (Mongo, RealM, cosmos)
- Familiarity with version control software such as Git, SVN, etc.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Good communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
