About the Role :As a Technical Content Writer, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge data solutions and the diverse audiences who rely on them. Highlight the value propositions and real-world applications of our solutions, showcasing the power of data-driven insights.- Research & Refinement: Conduct user research to understand content needs and pain points. Analyze user feedback and actively seek to improve the usability and effectiveness of your work.- Channel Champion: Tailor content for specific channels and audiences, ensuring brand consistency and voice across all platforms.- Staying Ahead: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in data analytics. Proactively identify content opportunities and suggest new formats to engage audiences.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field.- Minimum 2+ years of experience writing technical content, preferably in the data analytics or IT space.- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.- Proven ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information from various technical and non-technical sources.- Experience with SEO, content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools preferred.- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.- Detail-oriented with a rigorous commitment to accuracy and quality.Good to have :- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.- Passion for data and its potential to transform businesses and lives.
