Job description

An RBI registered Non-banking Finance Company. With a fully digital & seamless user experience, helping the next generation of borrowers get instant access to credit when they need it.

Requires HR Manager @ Andheri (E), Mumbai

Job profile:

• Development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Create and implement effective onboarding, Training & Development programs
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
• Assist in performance management process.
• Any other assistance as may be required.

Requirements Qualification:

• Graduate/ PG with 4-6 years of experience in HR
• Should have strong knowledge of HR compliance - PF, Gratuity etc.
• Experience in Payroll, Onboarding, Compliance
• Should have managed Leave and Attendance process and Exit process.

Benefits CTC: Up to 11 Lacs p.a.(Based on candidate)
