Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Project SME!
In this role, as a Project SME you will be processing Refund/Misdirected cash and will assist in HRC implementation related projects. Overall a Cash SME Role

Responsibilities
. As a project SME, he/she will assist the team on Refunds/misdirected cash
. Person will be the direct/indirect part of HRC implementation projects
. Part of Project Implementation Team of Cash
. Should have team leading experience for 20+ people
. Should have analytical bent of mind to understand the complexities related to Refunds & misdirected cash
. Should be able to own/assist/lead the projects related to I2C vertical on Refunds/Misdirected cash

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Commerce Graduate/Master of Commerce
. English language level required: B1
. Relevant Years managerial experience
. Excellent Communication skills
. Problem solving and should possess data analytical skills (Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive), Proficiency in MS office (Excel & PPT both)
. Should have the Leadership ability to demonstrate communication, collaboration, critical thinking , curiosity, and creativity across levels
. Project management experience
. Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills are a must
. LEAN/Six Sigma - Trained, Tested and Certified (preferred)
. Leading calls with Clients/ other business functions Independently

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demand
. Strong knowledge in processes like customer/supplier Accountancy, Customer Services, or IT etc.
. Previous experience in transformation and efficiency projects
