This role will managed 11 resources to deliver the Central Access Management service to enable business function transition to Global Business Services(GBS)
This role will be accountable for the delivery of laptops, base access and functional access for all GBS associates joining PepsiCo
The goal is to this extend this service expand beyond GBS to other organizations within PepsiCo
A successful candidate will manage the CAM team, Maintain CAM Systems and integrate with business stakeholders
Responsibilities
Manages Services provider relationship and escalates with IT sector and global counterparts
Serve as part of the Hyderabad Leadership team which drive synergies across the business and technology functions
Partner with the Service Desk leadership to drive shift left capabilities
Support and continuously improve the GBS onboarding processes
Partner with executives and business partners to build out tools/services to improve GBS and hub operations
Lead the Central Access Management function which covers both base and functional access globally for GBS
Build and maintain a knowledge repository for persona and application entitlements delivering enablement and single source of information for all technology and business supported applications globally
Drive the ideation/ implementation of automation of the user access request processes with an aim to being business friendly and capturing & documenting the requirements with least effort/ time from Business
Manage and maintain HBS specific requirements like Web Page, Collaboration Taskforce
Collaborate across IT and GBS and continue to manage changes for Onboarding
