JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Areas of Responsibility
These responsibilities apply to processes 8.3.5 Service Parts Execution 
• Service Part Administration is coordinating the effective flow of service parts to fulfill services events on time at our customers.
• Ensures that the right service parts have been ordered and that the required parts are delivered on the requested moment at the right location.
• Coordinates the final delivery at customer site and will take action in case service parts have not been delivered in time, are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Focus will be on an uninterrupted flow of service parts throughout the service fulfillment process. 
• Monitors and controls the return of service parts to the vendors.
• Prevents unnecessary stock holding and buildup of stock levels.  
• Monitors the part flows in the involved software applications and troubleshoots in correct part ordering.
• Communicates with vendors & informs the organization on interruptions in the chain, which will delay the on time delivery of the requested service parts.
