About the job: As an HR Auditor , you will play a critical role for the effectiveness, compliance, and efficiency of the recruitment processes. What you will be doing: Conduct audits to assess the end-to-end recruitment process. Assess the effectiveness of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes. Verify the accuracy and completeness of recruitment-related documentation and records. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Prepare reports for CEO and HR about the audit findings. What are we looking for: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an audit position Bachelor's degree preferable in a quantitative field Strong analytical skills with a critical and inquisitive attention to detail Excellent command of both written and spoken English Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
