Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and compliance of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proficient in financial statements preparation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Experience in handling statutory compliances and tax audits.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reconciliation processes and techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle financial management and reporting activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage statutory compliances including tax filings, GST, and other necessary audits.
- Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and drive financial growth.
- Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders.
