Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Executive located in Udaipur. The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining various financial products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner. The role also involves meeting sales targets and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of local market and competitors is a plus
