The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search ranking and drive qualified traffic. Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and identify high-value target keywords Optimize website content for on-page SEO best practices Perform technical SEO audits and identify website improvement opportunities Build high-quality backlinks through link-building campaigns Analyze website traffic data and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure a holistic SEO approach Generate reports and present SEO findings to stakeholders Qualifications 2+ years of experience in SEO Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization Proven experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong communication and written skills A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve Bonus Points Experience with technical SEO and website development Experience with content creation and copywriting Experience with link-building outreach Experience with a specific CMS platform (e.g., WordPress)
