Skillsand Experience Required :
. Strong Project Management experience.
. Strong 3rd party vendor management skills.
. Strong communication skills.
. Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks andholding suppliers / vendors to account.
. Telecom OSS (operations support system)
. Experience in Active Probing Domain solutions for2G/3G/4G/5G, EXFO /FILIUS / VOIPFUTURE / TRAFFICA networks.
Role :
. The role of the OSS Tech Lead /Project Manageris to set up and manage multiple end-to-end business projects simultaneously.
. Ensuring the benefits and outcomes of theprojects are defined and delivered whilst effectively controlling scope,dependencies, risks and issues.
. The OSS Project Manager will enable the projectsto be delivered on-time, within budget and with quality
. Managing the matrix of teams across thebusiness.
. Key contacts will be the businessrepresentatives and sponsors, technical architects, domain SMEs and key membersof operational/business teams that are supporting projects.
. Creating effective project plans andsubsequently monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are met andmanaging change requests
.
