The Education Match provides range of tools and resources to help students enhance their skills and make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Role Description

The Education Match is seeking a Full-time School Sales Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role can be located in Mumbai but some work from home is acceptable. The School Sales Associate will be responsible for selling The Education Match's career counselling service to schools in the region. This includes researching prospective clients, pitching products and services, closing deals, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with maximum of 2 years work experience can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions and benefits to clients
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the education market and experience dealing with schools is preferred
• Interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hindi is required
