Job description
Drive (design & execute) & ownership of focused initiatives to maximize Commercial Accessories revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
Leadership for Commercial Accessories in sales cycles & processes (e.g. pipeline identification, qualification, closing) to maximize financial results & achieve KPIs;
Proactively engaged in key Customer / Channel Partners & opportunities for relevant product family performance via customer facing activity / relationships.
Builds & executes to operational plans for relevant products / customers, develops the business through the usage of data analysis (metrics & business performance), own & execute business management system to identify root cause issues & actions to address.
Provide recommendations (market, product & program) to the India teams to enable incremental business growth.
Partners segment sales and marketing teams to develop & execute demand generation programs (including sales enablement and training).
This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with sales & business development skills - product knowledge and marketing awareness also required.
Key Interactions
Go-To-Market Focal.
Support ISR and sales managers to drive both REL customers and channel biz (SMB) e.g. channel programs / end-users program / big deals pricing and strategy.
Owner of sales tracker in respective regions.
Co-work with sales team to meet and dig out the options opp.
For new product launch, BDMs will be also the focal to identify and map out the specific vertical / horizontal segments.
Work with 4P on price and promo to promote Accessories to the channel and Mid Market segment effectively.
Responsible for product enablement for internal Sales, 4P and Business Partners
