Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Housekeeping Supervisor role located in Bengaluru. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day cleaning and custodial activities in assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. The Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise, coach, train, and monitor performance of housekeeping staff, maintain inventory, manage payroll, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including leadership, management of staff, and scheduling
• Experience with laundry,housekeeping, and custodial operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers,staff
• Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and budgets
• Experience with safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Demonstrated attention to detail
