At InRhythm, You Will Design, develop, and test web applications as well as work with fellow Software Engineers to navigate the discussion and strategy in re-architecting existing web platforms Identifying pitfalls ahead of time, raising concerns, and managing expectations with all stakeholders Define and break out epics/features for others, while maintaining a sense of the whole picture Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally Help with the Web Practice's direction by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, mentoring less-experienced engineers, hosting tech talks and workshops, identifying industry trends to discuss, and participating in practice activities We’re Looking For a Senior JavaScript Engineer (React) We’re looking for a natural in building and maintaining relationships in financial and tech environments. The ideal candidate will be a driver of process, accountability, customer engagement, and strategy. This will be driven from a proven ability to plan and execute scalable strategies, superior client management, escalation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 5+ years of professional engineering experience using React 2+ years of professional engineering experience using Angular 2+ years of professional engineering experience using end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks like Cypress Experience working with React forms Mandatory travel to a client site office in Bangalore 5 days a week Expertise with JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, Webpack, SASS, component libraries, Rest, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc) Solid understanding of SDLC and Browser performance: being able to pick up new technologies and capable of doing high level Systems Design Staying up to date on industry trends Excellent communication Location: Bengaluru, India Nice to Haves Experience working with React or Angular chart frameworks Experience migrating a project from Angular to React Experience working with and adding dark mode to a website What makes you stand out from the pack: Payments or Asset/Wealth Management experience Mature server development and knowledge of frameworks, preferably Spring Enterprise experience working and building enterprise products, long term tenure at enterprise-level organizations, experience working with a remote team, and being an avid practitioner in their craft You have pushed code into production and have deployed multiple products to market, but are missing the visibility of a small team within a large enterprise technology environment. You enjoy coaching junior engineers, but want to remain hands-on with code.Job tags
