Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Iskon Crossroad Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Gender: Female
Office time: 10:00 to 06:30 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answers and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, copying.
- Assist with organizing company events and special projects
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents
- Assist in the vehicle tracking system.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus;
Professional discretion; and the ability to handle confidential information
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
