Job Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager at TaskUs, you will lead and direct multiple campaigns, overseeing Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing a significant number of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing individual and team goals, implementing strategies to achieve objectives, and maintaining open communication with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a Senior Manager/Director role within BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.
  • Experience managing at least 600 FTEs.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and delivering targets.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct activities of multiple campaigns and teams within the department.
  • Manage a large number of FTEs, ensuring optimal staffing levels and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational targets and objectives.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and situations to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to Operations Managers and staff.
  • Maintain open communication with senior management and other departments.
