1) ERP Support
Job Overview:
Providing the technical support to the existing ERP System of the organisation.
Qualification:
Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science
Minimum 4 to 5 Year experience in Software Development
Technical experience must include SQL expertise.
Retail / Manufacturing domain knowledge will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
1. ERP/DB (oracle) installation and configuration.
2. Checking the data integrity between all work locations & reporting.
3. Clarifying the issues, providing training on new modules to business users.
4. Tracking issues and timelines.
5. Testing the new developments & modifications in the system.
6. Development & Implementation of new modules.
7. Participate in requirement gathering and communicating the same to the software vendor.
8. Improving the system for better usability.
9. Data backup Management
