Description :
1. should have demonstrable experience of working in a technical and management capacity on externally aided projects, such as ADB and/or World Bank.
2. Monitoring the progress achieved across components towards achieving the Project Development Objectives (PDO), as well as progress achieved against the PDO Indicators and Intermediate Results Indicators as specified in the Project's Results Framework
3. Support the PMU and PIUs in preparing regular technical and progress reports (including quarterly, semi-annual, annual progress reports), mid-term and project completion reports, other M&E reports
4. shall be responsible for specific supports for writing project related reports: writing technical reports, progress reports, concept notes etc
5. He shall also be responsible for writing procurement related documents for consultancy services e.g., writing and reviewing TORs; reviewing procurement related documents (REOI, TOR, RFP, RFB, RFQ etc).
6. Reviewing technical works, reports / deliverables submitted by various consultancies under AIRBMP and submit recommendations to client for approval of deliverables
7. Support TL in supervising the works undertaken by various consultancies and works (river civil works and/or other civil works)
8. managing PMTC team and ensure timely delivery to the client
