Role : Senior Project Manager - Program ManagementJob Description :1. Understanding of Telecom Operations related processes2. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle3. Understanding of Digital transformation automation life cycle4. Program Governance of automation project on day-to-day basis - tracking agreed deliverables milestones5. Comprehend process improvements via automation capture related efficiency gains6. Ensure quality checks on various stages of automation journey7. Stakeholder Alignment Coordination8. External Automation Partner Governance9. Resolving day to day issues , disputes highlighting to management teams for solution10. Identifying bottlenecks mitigation planning11. Coordinating with support teams for SCM , Finance , HR , IT related activities12. Ensure Resource Skillset Availability for the project across all stakeholders13. Communication , daily program dashboard , management dashboards , MIS etc14. Daily , Weekly , Monthly Cadence , Workshops15. Ensure documentation from implementation team as per SOW16. Ensure Implementation team does proper H/O sign-off with relevant stakeholders17. Ensure adherence on Compliance registerrisk mitigation actions.18. Platform Onboarding by delivery teams timely adaption on fieldBroad outline of the Role :- Interact with customers for clearance around specific customer dependencies raised by team where required- Review critical project milestones Drive projects across functional teams- Conduct reviews with teams on regular basis to track progress on improvement initiatives- Has budget responsibility- Leads a team through expertise in most or all areas within Program Management- Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new processes standards or operational plans based upon business strategy with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results- May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes- Provides a second level management to a group of one or more teams led by a supervisor team leader which in turn could comprise a combination of professional technical administrative staff- Identifies problems and significantly improves changes or adapts existing methods and techniques- Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development- Impact of decisions made is mid term in nature Able to identify problems and significantly improve change or adapt existing methods and techniques Education (ref:hirist.tech)
