Job Purpose
- Build up sales and service infrastructure through identifying quality channel partners, retain them by ensuring profitability.
- Responsible for customer service through higher TNPS/EQ, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice - postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.)
- Achievement of key targets (Revenue, RoI) for FOFO channel
- Execution of all strategies and plans for the FOFO channel
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Ownership of revenue targets for FOFO channel
- Accountability for overall FOFO channel profitability
- Expansion of franchise channel- Identification & recruitment of FOFO channel Partners
- Monthly reviews and planning for FOFO with regular updates to the Retail Lead
- Team conflict resolution
- Coaching and training of franchisee owners/CREs
- Regulatory compliance
