Job Title: Team Manager and Assistant Manager - SEO
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience -7 years
Job Summary:
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their SEO skills and performance. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz. - Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and compliant. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, web development, and marketing to align SEO efforts with overall business goals. - Track and report on key SEO metrics, performance indicators, and goals to stakeholders. - Manage client relationships, communicate SEO strategies and results effectively, and address any concerns or questions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of experience in team management. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Mumbai or Pune local candidates preferred.
