Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automobile Receptionist located in Surat. The Automobile Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing customers to the appropriate department. The Automobile Receptionist will also maintain customer records, follow up with customers, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• 2-3 years of experience in receptionist or customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
