Job description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Django and deep cloud infrastructure knowledge, preferably across multiple vendors with a focus on AWS. This role requires excellent communication skills and a background in DevOps.Responsibilities :- Provide technical support for Ruby/Rails applications and cloud infrastructure.- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Maintain documentation and contribute to product improvement.- Participate in on-call rotation for customer support.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proficiency in Django development and troubleshooting.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).- Excellent communication skills.
