Job Overview: The Golden Rise is looking for an Entry-Level HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who are just starting their career in HR and are eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives, including employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
