Position: Desktop Engineer – L3
Work Location – Mumbai
Education – Graduates with 5-6 yrs exp.
Job description for Desktop L3 Support as below.
Mainly for L3 he should be from broking industry. Knowledge of NEAT, BOLT, GreekSoft and exchanges application and coordinating with them for any changes as per regulators.
• Trouble shooting, Hardening on Major Windows OS and Server platform along with VAPT patching observation shared by the vulnerability Team
• Installation configuration and troubleshooting of Raid, iLO DRAC, server os, Server hardware / software.
•Good hands-on experience with Office 365. Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices
• Working knowledge of Office365 Teams.
• Working knowledge of Office365 Security and Compliance Centre.
• Working knowledge of SPAM and threat prevention solutions.
• Troubleshooting, Solving and following up on Level 1 and 2 incidents.
• Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance.
• Knowledge of Firewalls and Switches.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Online Components: - Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Public Folders,
Free/Busy.
• Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility
• Knowledge about mail flow connectors, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Monitoring all LL links and call logging with ISP for the same and ensuring closure.
• Coordination for Security related issues / Firewall rules, Port opening.
• Managed user desktop and provided technical support (Approx 450 PCs Setup).
