Kubera Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership with our company. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations with clients
- Identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relationship management
Requirements - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
