Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Experience in documentation and preparing sales reports
- Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Coordinate and prioritize sales activities and follow up on pending tasks
- Manage and update the CRM database
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in organizing sales events and exhibitions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
